The reason I asked was because she didn't want to have to go through the hastle of locating and pinning all of her favorite documents and locations. I still needed to find the location of the shortcuts on the Windows XP system, which I thought I located but now I appreciate the responses and Darien's response gave me half the equation, I guess I needed to phrase the question a bit differently.
